| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)阴性,而乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)阳性、e-抗体(抗-HBe)阳性、核心抗体(抗-HBc)阳性时慢性肝损害发生的原因、治疗及预后。方法对呼和浩特市第二医院1999年6月—2006年6月住院的32例患者进行相关检验及临床观察。结果乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阴性、乙型肝炎病毒相关抗体阳性病例仍有可能发生包括肝硬化在内的HBV感染各个阶段的肝损害。结论部分乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阴性、表面抗体阳性、e-抗体阳性、核心抗体阳性病例仍可持续存在低水平乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBV-DNA),是不能忽视的临床问题。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the occurrence,treatment and prognosis of liver impair under the condition of negative HBsAg and positive HbsAb,HbeAb and HbcAb.Methods Relevant detection and clinical observation were conducted on 32 patients who entered No.2 Hospital of Hohhot since June of 1999 to June of 2006.ResultsAll sorts of liver impair including liver cirrhosis might occur on the patients who had negative HBsAg and positive HBsAb,HBeAb and HBcAb.ConclusionHBV-DNA still exist in the body of the patients who have negative HBsAg and positive HBsAb,HBeAb and HBcAb,which should not be ignored. |
