| 摘 要： | 本文调查了内蒙古牧区牧民健康老年前期及老年期计350名,城市居民128名,调查了他们的体液免疫功能(IgA、IgG、IgM、补体 C_3),并对其与健康、疾病、衰老等方面进行了探讨。研究结果表明,IgA、IgG、IgM、补体 C_3牧区组体内含量普遍比城市组高。在牧区牧民中,患多种感染性疾病比城市居民多,而且,平均寿命也短。这可能与体液免疫功能衰退、失调有关。主要原因是,牧民的膳食结构不合理,摄取的营养素种类不全,数量不充足,相互间的比例失调。由此出现的营养不足,导致体液免疫功能下降。营养过剩(指动物性脂肪),也会影响免疫功能。

| Abstract: | The paper describes an investigation made among 350 healthy elderly and aged people in the pastoral area and 128 healthy elderly and aged people in the city of inner Mongalia The content of the function of immunity in the body fluid(IgA.IgG.IgM.C_3')and its relation to health,disease, and aging etc.have been studied.The result has shown that the content of IgA.IgG.IgM.C_3 is generally more in the pastoral area than in the city.The herds men are easier to suffer from many infections diseases than the dwel lers in the city.The average life expectancy of herdsmen,is short.This may be due to the disorder or failure of immunity in the body fluid.The nutrient taken is not enough and too simple.The result of matnutrition caused the function of immunity in the body to decline.Overnutrition(too much animal fat)affects the function of immunity in the body fluid,too. |
