慢性酒依赖者心理特征及其对复饮的影响

目的了解自愿戒酒的慢性酒依赖者的个性心理特征及其对戒酒后复饮的影响。方法使用MMPI对30例自愿戒酒的慢性酒依赖者和30例未对任何药物成瘾的正常人的个性心理特征进行对照分析,明确慢性酒依赖者个性心理特征,在此基础上找出个性心理特征与复饮原因的联系。结果慢性酒依赖者在MMPI各量表中诈病（F）,精神病态（Pd）,疑病症（Hs）,偏执狂（Pa）,精神分裂（Sc）等量表与对照组有明显的差异,且这些差异与戒酒者复饮原因有着直接的关系。结论慢性酒依赖者的个性心理特征为明显的反社会行为和社会适应障碍,对自己健康过分关注,缺乏对社会环境的归属感,易将自己的问题合理化而归因于别人,并由这种心理特征增加了复饮率。

Psychological characteristics of personality of the alcohol addicts and analysis of their influence relapse

Objective To examine the psychological characteristics of personality(PCP) of alcohol addicts voluntarily seeking temperance and their influence on relapse after temperance.Methods A comparative analysis of PCP was made between alcohol addicts voluntarily seeking temperance(n=30) and healthy persons(n=30) via MMPI,based on these data the connection between PCP and relapse was found.Results There is significantly difference between the addicts and healthy persons in almost every deal of MMPI,such as F,PP,HS,PA,SC and so on.The difference is considered to basing the direct connection with relapse.Conclusions PCP of alcohol addicts is their antisocial manner and obstruction of adaptation to normal social life,over attention to their health and lacking of attributive to the society.They make their manners rationalization and attribute the bad manners to other people.PCP increases the rate of relapse.
