急性病毒性脑炎血清肌酸酶脑型同工酶(CK-BB)的动态变化

目的观察急性病毒性脑炎血清肌酸酶脑型同工酶(CK-BB)的动态变化。方法取健康献血员(正常对照组)血清20份(各2ml);取急性病毒性脑炎(病人组)在发病后第一天、第三天、第七天各抽取肘静脉血4ml分离血清。应用谭氏法检测血清中的CK-BB的变化。结果病人组CK-BB活性均高于正常对照组(P<0.01);发病后第三天CK-BB活性高于七天和第一天(P<0.05);病情进展型病例CK-BB的含量在发病后第一天和第七天高于病情稳定型病例(P<0.05);多病灶病例血清CK-BB的含量高于单病灶病例(P<0.05)。结论急性病毒性脑炎的病人检测血清中CK-BB可作为早期诊断急性病毒性脑炎的指标之一,是观察急性病毒性脑炎病情发展变化的指标之一,是观察病情严重性和预后的重要指标之一。

The dynamic change of serous creatine kinase BB (CK-BB) in acute viral encephalitis(AVE)

Objective:To observe the dynamic change of serous creatine kinase BB(CK-BB) in acute viral encephalitis(AVE). Methods:To get 20 patient serous (each 2 mi) in health person (normal compared group) and get each 4 ml vein blood in the patients with AVE to separate serous after attacking 1,3,7 day. to examine the change of CK-BB in serous by Tan' s way. Results:The living character of patient group is higher than normal compared group. The living character of CK-BB in third day was higher than 7 day and 1 st day (P<0.05);The CK-BB content in patients of developing state of illness in third day after attacking were higher than the patients of stable state of illness (P< 0.05); The CK-BB in many focus patients(P<0.05). Conclusions: The content of CK-BB in the serous of patients with AVE is use as one of the targets and is one of the targets to observe the development and change of state of illness of AVE,and is one of the targets to observe serious and prognosis.
