益阳卫校职教生的吸烟习惯及其危险因素

目的探讨卫校职教生的吸烟习惯及危险因素,为学校控烟健康教育提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对益阳卫校职教3个专业共519名学生进行调查。结果医疗、卫生保健专业学生吸烟率分别为36.9%和48.8%,高于护士生的6.8%;男生吸烟率为69.7%,高于女生的6.8%。吸烟与烟草相关疾病知识贫乏、在校表现欠佳、不健康心理、家庭影响、伙伴影响等相关联(P<0.05)。结论由于内外因素的影响,职教生吸烟现象普遍,拒烟能力低。应采取应对措施,提高学生控烟能力。

Smoking Habits and Risk Factors Among Vocational Education Students in Yiyang Health School

Objective To explore the smoking habits and the risk factors,and to provide evidence for the school smoking cessation plan.(Methods)With a self-administered questionnaire,a total of 519 students of three majorities in Yiyang Health School were surveyed.Results The prevalence rates of smoking were 36.9% and 48.8% for the students of medical and health care majorities respectively,while in the nursing students the rates was 6.8%.The prevalence rate of smoking was 69.7% for males and 6.8% for the females.Smoking was associated with poor knowledge of tobacco related illness,poor school permanence,poor mental health, family influences and peer influences(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking is common among vocational school students,their anti-smoking abilities are worse because of internal and external risk influences.Some intervention measures should be taken to improve their anti-smoking abilities.
