| Abstract: | The paper introduces the connotation of the hospital scientific research management information system, analyzes the necessity of system building, elaborates the overall framework building and functional design of the system in detail, points out that the system can effectively assist the scientific research decision-making, improve the scientific research management level, and promote the building of smart hospital. |
