山区地方女性牛殖道支原体阳性262例药敏总结分析

目的了解本地区女性支原体感染后抗生素对其敏感性、耐药性，指导支原体感染的治疗。方法对262例女性生殖道支原体阳性的药物敏感实验。结果敏感率最高的药物为强力霉素（81．7％），其后依次是克拉霉素（76.5％）、司帕沙星（76．5％），阿奇霉素（73．0％）、甲砜霉素（70．9％）、左氧氟沙星（69．7％）、交沙霉素（69．1％）、美满霉素（68．7％）、氧氟沙星（48．7％）、罗红霉素（39．6％）、洛美沙星（10．9％）、红霉素（8．7％）。结论支原体已出现多重耐药株，临床医生要根据支原体药物敏感实验结果来选择抗生素，才能获得最好的疗效。

Female Genital Mycoplasma Infections in Mountainous Area:Drug Sensitivity Analysis of 262 Cases

Objective To find out the sensitivity and resistance of mycoplasma to antibiotics after female genital mycoplasma infections in our mountainous area in an attempt to give a guidance to the treatment of mycoplasma infections. Methods The drug sensitive tests were carried out in 262 cases of positive genital mycoplasma. Results In the sensitirity rate, doxyoyoline accounted for 81.7 %, clarithromycin 76.5 %, sparfloxaoin 76.5%, azithromycin 73.0 %, thiaamphenical 70.9 %, levoflonacin 69.7 %, josamyoin 69.1%, minocin 68.7%,ofloxacin 48.7%, roxithromycim 39.6%, lomefloxacin 10.9% and erythromycim 8.7%. Conclusion Mycoplasma shows multidrug resistant strains, and therefore, the antibiotics should be selected according to the results of mycoplasma sensitive tests to obtain the optimal treatment effect.
