摘    要:目的探讨电针配合复方玄驹胶囊治疗少、弱精子男性不育症的临床效果。方法 60例少、弱精子男性不育症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组采用电针配合复方玄驹胶囊治疗,连续治疗3个月后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组(63.3%)(P=0.004,χ2=5.983);治疗组精液液化临床疗效总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组(70.0%)(P=0.012,χ2=4.870);治疗后,治疗组精子活动率和精子密度显著升高,与治疗前和对照组比较均有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论电针配合复方玄驹胶囊治疗少、弱精子男性不育症能改善男性不育症患者的精液质量,对提高精子密度和精子活动率效果显著。

Electroacupunctur Combined with Co-xuanju Capsules for Oligospermia or Asthenospermia:A Clinical Study

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupunctur combined with the co-xuanju capsules on ohgospermia or asthenospermia. Methods Sixty cases of oligospermia or asthenospermia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and the control group was given conventional western medicine and the treatment group was given electroacupunctur combined with the co-xuanju capsules. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after continuous 3-month treatment. Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 96.7% and that of the control group was 70.0%,with a significant difference (P=-0.012, X^2=4.870). The total effective rate of semen hquefaction of the treatment group was 93.3% and that of the control group was 63.3%, with a significant difference (P=0.004, X^2=5. 983 ). After treatment, the sperm motility and the sperm density of the treatment group were higher than those of both the pre-treatment and the control groups, with a significant difference( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The semen quality of male infertility, sperm density and sperm motility can be improved by electro-acupuncture combined with the co-xuanju capsules in the treatment of oligospermia or asthenospermia.
