腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术28例临床分析

目的探讨基层妇产科医院开展腹腔镜剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法回顾分析2007年11月～2010年8月住院患者的资料，对本院收治的45例子宫肌瘤患者进行了临床治疗，其中28例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果腹腔镜下28例患者共剔除肌瘤53个；平均出血量（55±18）mL；平均住院时间（3±1．5）d，28例患者无并发症，均治愈出院。另与经腹剔除手术对比分析发现，腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后肠功能恢复快、住院时间短等优点。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术在基层妇产科医院有广阔的应用前景，手术的成功取决于选择合适的手术病例，与患者肌瘤的大小有直接关系，在基层医院应注意术中止血和缝合技巧的提高。

Laparoscopic Myomectomy:A clinical Analysis of 28 Cases

Objective To investigate the primary laparoscopic myomectomy Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of the clinical effects of treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Retrospective analysis in November 2007-2010 inpatients in August data,the hospital treated 45 cases of uterine fibroid patients in clinical treatment,28 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy. Results A total of 28 cases of laparoscopic myoma eliminate 53,the average blood loss was （55±18）mL, the average length of stay （3±1.5）d,28 patients had no complications and were discharged. Abdominal surgery and removed the other comparative analysis showed that laparoscopic myomectomy with less trauma and shorter operative time,less bleeding and quicker recovery of bowel function,length of stay and short. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy in primary maternity hospital has broad application prospects,the success of surgery depends on suitable operative cases,and patients with leiomyoma size,number of direct ties,hospitals should pay attention in primary surgery increased bleeding and suturing techniques.
