动脉取栓术与介入溶栓治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞疗效比较

摘    要:目的比较动脉取栓术与介入溶栓分别治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞的疗效。方法选取我院2006年1月~2009年12月收治的30例急性动脉栓塞的患者(手术组),行Forgarty导管动脉取栓术治疗;选取同期收治的30例急性动脉栓塞的患者(介入组)行介入溶栓治疗,术后比较两组的动脉通畅情况、D-二聚体含量、复发率、不良反应等观察指标。结果两组的动脉通畅情况、复发率等比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),D-二聚体含量比较无统计学意义。结论动脉取栓术比介入溶栓术在治疗急性下肢动脉栓塞效果略为理想,但介入溶栓术也有自己的优势,患者可根据个人情况选择不同的方法。

Abstract:Objective Compared the clinical effect of embolectomy from artery and interventional therapy on acute arterial embolism of Artery of lower extremity separately. Methods Thirty patients of acute arterial embolism of artery of lower extremity were allocated in operation group , 30 patients of interventional therapy on acute arterial embolism were allocated in interventional group. They were all in our hospital in January, 2006 to December, 2009. After the operation, compared two group of artery beniol situations, content of D- dimeride and recurrence rate, untoward effect and so on. Results There were difference between two groups of artery beniol situations, and recurrence rate (P〈0.05). There were no difference between content of D- dimeride. Conclusion The therapy of embolectomy from artery was a little better than interventional therapy, but the interventional therapy also have own superiority, the patients may choose different methods according to the individual situation.
