| 摘 要： | 目的探讨利培酮治疗酒精所致精神障碍的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的精神障碍患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同,分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组治疗后SCL-90评分均明显优于对照组,观察组治疗后PANSS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论利培酮治疗酒精所致精神障碍患者临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach curing comprehend of alcohol induce mental disorder by Risperidone. Methods To retrospective analyze clinical data of mental disorder patients in our hospital,which was to be individed into detection group and control group. Results The SCL-90 score after curing of detection group was better than control group,the PANSS score after curing of detection group was lower than control group,P〈0.05 ,the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of alcohol induce mental disorder by Risperidone,which was to be used. |
