太原市骨性Ⅰ类错[牙合]头颅侧位片硬组织特征性分析

目的研究太原地区安氏Ⅰ类错[牙合]患者颌面硬组织特征,为临床提供指导。方法对就诊于山西医科大学第一临床医院口腔正畸科符合安氏Ⅰ类的患者86例拍摄头颅侧位片,用Winceph8．0软件进行测量,将测量结果进行统计学分析。结果在29项测量指标的性别比较中N—Me、N-ANS具有统计学意义,且男性大于女性。与国内美貌人群相比,女性组中N—Me有统计学意义,而FH—MP,N—ANS有统计学意义;男性组中,ANB有统计学意义,SNB,FH—MP,N—Me,N—ANS,ANS—Me有统计学意义。结论太原地区的Ⅰ类患者就面部高度来讲男性较女性长。与国内美貌人群相比,女性的下颌骨陡度较高,面部垂直距离发育不足,尤其是上面部的高度。而男性的下颌骨较美貌人群后缩,有发育不足的现象,面部高度也发育欠佳。

The Hard Tissuse Charactors in Angle's Class I Patients in Taiyuan:Cephalometrics Analysis

Objective To investigate the hard tissue charactors in Angle＇s Class Ⅰ patients in Taiyuan. Methods Eighty-six subjects with Angle＇s Class Ⅰ were selected from orthodontic department in the first hospital affiliated Shanxi Medical University .Lateral cephalometric of each patient was taken by the same operator .29 indexes were measured by Winceph 8.0, the results were analysed by SPSS17.0 statistic software. Results The differences in N-Me ,N-ANS showed statistical significance in sex comparison.And also in comparison with the good-looking people in China, N-Me ,FH-MP, N-ANS in females,and ANB, SNB,FH-MP,N-Me , N-ANS,ANS-Me in males showed great statistical significances. Conclusion The facal highness of the male patients with Angle＇s Class Ⅰ in Taiyuan was longer than the females＇.Compared with good-looking people in China, the mandible gradient was greater, and the face vertical highness was smaller in female patients; while in male patients the mandible position was a little backward,the facial highness was smaller.
