罗格列酮对多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌的影响

目的探讨罗格列酮对多囊卵巢综合征的治疗作用及其对内分泌指标的影响。方法将41例患者随机分为罗格列酮治疗组和达英-35治疗组,治疗3个月后观察内分泌指标的变化情况。结果两种治疗方法均可改善患者内分泌指标,两组治疗效果差异无显著性。结论罗格列酮是安全有效的治疗多囊卵巢综合征的方法。

Effects of Rosiglitazone on Endocrine of Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of rosiglitazone on the endocrine of women with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods Forty-one patients were randomly divided into two groups： rosiglitazone group and Diane-35 group, and the rosiglitazone group was treated with rosiglitazone and the Diane-35 group was treated with Diane-35. After 3-month treatment, the changes of endocrine indexes were detected. Results The endocrine indexes were improved in two groups, with no significant difference between the two group. Conclusion Rosignlitazone is safe and effective in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome.
