| 摘 要： | 目的观察挑刺清疮和中药按摩配合中药调理治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效。方法 215例寻常痤疮随机分两组,治疗组(117例)挑刺清疮和中药按摩配合中药调理;对照组(98例)中药调理。结果经8周治疗两组均有效,治疗组显效率明显优于对照组。结论挑刺清疮和中药按摩配合中药调理治疗寻常痤疮见效快,疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open picking therapy and herbal medicinal liniment massage combining with herbal medicine in treatment of ache vulgaris. Methods 215 cases of acne were divided into two groups：treatment group （117cases）was treated with open picking therapy and herbal medicinal liniment massage combining with herbal medicine, and control group（96cases）was treated only with herbal medicine. Results At 8th week the cure rate,effective rate and improved rate in the treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion Open picking therapy and herbal medicinal liniment massage combining with herbal medicine is more effective and rapid than only herbal medicine in treatment of acne. |
