| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾癌患者循环肿瘤细胞数量,并进行临床评价。方法肾癌患者、肾结石患者、健康志愿者各60例,其任何治疗开始前从外周血中收集循环肿瘤细胞进行荧光免疫CTCs计数。结果 60例肾结石患者、60例健康的志愿者外周血中未发现CTCs,肾癌患者CTCs数目为(10.86±7.75)个。结论外周循环血检测循环肿瘤细胞对肾癌患者有普查意义。

| Abstract: | Objective Monitoring Circulating tumor cells of blood in renal carcinoma. Methods 60 cases renal carcinoma, 60 cases renal lithiasis and 60 healthy volunteer. All CTCs were identified by immunofluorescence and the number of CTCs was calculated in different study objects. Results There is no CTCs found in 10 healthy donors and 10 renal lithiasis. The number of CTCs in renal carcinoma is （10.86 ± 7.75）. Conclusion The CTCs can be found in renal carcinoma patients. |
