经导管封堵治疗室间隔缺损的随访研究

目的评价室间隔缺损(ventricular septal defect,VSD)经导管封堵治疗的可行性、安全性和疗效。方法 2003年1月～2006年8月昆明医学院第一附属医院成功经导管封堵治疗室间隔缺损患者93例。封堵术后行左心室造影、升主动脉造影及经胸超声心动图检查,观察封堵的即刻效果。术后3天、3个月、6个月、1年定期复查,以后根据情况每半年或1年随访1次。结果经导管成功封堵治疗的93例患者,共植入VSD封堵器93枚。随访7天～42个月中无溶血、感染性心内膜炎、血栓栓塞等并发症。结论经导管室间隔缺损封堵介入治疗是非常安全、有效、可行的非开胸手术方法。长期的安全性和有效性有待进一步随访及累积经验。

Transcatheter Closure of Ventricular Septal Defects:A Follow-up Study

Objective To evaluate the feasibility,safety and efficacy of transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defects （VSD）. Methods From Jan.2003 to Aug. 2006,the transcatheter closure was performed in 93 patients with VSD. All patients underwent left vebtriculography,ascending aortography and transthoraeic echoeardiography after procedures to evaluate the immediate efficacy. All patients were followed up at 3 days, 3 months ,6 months and 1 year after the closure. And then, the follow up was carried out at every 6 months or 1 year. Results The 93 VSD closure devices were implanted in 93 patients. During a follow-up of 7 days to 42 months, there were no complications of endocarditis, thromboembolism and hemolysis. Conclusion The transeatheter closure of VSD is feasible. Long-term follow-up data are still needed to assess its long-term safety and efficacy.
