中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿68例

目的探讨单纯西药和中西药结合两种治疗方法对慢眭阻塞性肺气肿的治疗效果。方法选择2007年12月～2010年5月来我院治疗的68例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者，随机分为两组，分别进行西药治疗和中西医结合治疗，比较两者的治疗效果。结果单纯西药治疗组与中西药结合治疗组两者的治疗效果存在显著差异。其中，中西药结合治疗组34例患者中，显效例数为24例，占总例数的7059％，显著高于单纯西药治疗组的21例（61.76％），并且中西药结合治疗组的总有效率高达94．12％，显著高于单纯西药治疗组的79A1％。结论中西药结合治疗慢陛阻塞胜肺气肿具有很好的治疗效果，可作为临床治疗手段进行推广应用。

Integrative Medicine Treated 68 Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema

Objective To investigate the simple combination of Western medicine and Chinese medicine are two methods to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema treatment. Methods A hospital in December 2007~May 2010 come to my hospital , 68 patients with chronic obstructive emphysema were randomly divided into two groups for western medicine and combination treatment,compared between the treatment effect. Results Only western medicine and western medicine group and the treatment effect between the two treatment groups were significantly different,which,Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment group,34 patients were cured,the number of eases to 24 cases,70.59% of the total number of cases,significantly higher than those of western medicine group of 21 patients （61.76%）,and western medicine combined with the total treatment group efficiency as high as 94.12% ,significantly higher than those of western medicine group 79.41%. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of obstructive pulmonary emphysema full of very good therapeutic effect, can be used as a means to promote the use of clinical treatment.
