| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腋下腔镜甲状腺手术的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院2005年9月～2006年12月行经腋下腔镜甲状腺手术患者50例,并与同期常规手术患者50例比较。结果通过良好的护理,50例患者未见术后并发症,均顺利出院。结论良好的手术后护理能有效提高患者手术成功率,减少患者并发症,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the nursing after axillary endoscopic thyroid surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 50 cases of surgical axillary endoscopic thyroidectomy in our hospital from Sept. 2005 to Dec.2006, and a comparison was made between sur- gical axillary endoscopic thyroidectomy and conventional surgery （50 cases）. Results No postoperative complications occurred in 50 cases of axillary endoscopic thyroid surgery due to better nursing after surgery, with good cosmetic results. Conclusion The good post-operative nursing can improve the success rate and reduce complications, worthy of being popularized. |
