星形细胞瘤复发前后CyclinD1、CydinE的表达研究

目的研究CyclinDl、CyclinE蛋白在星形细胞瘤复发前后中的表达水平及其对预后的影响。方法应用流式细胞术的DNMCyclin双参数分析法检测星形细胞瘤复发前后的CyclinDI、CyclinE蛋白的表达。结果CyclinD1在原发星形细胞瘤中的异常表达有7例，占38．9％，在复发星形细胞瘤中的异常表达有15例，占83．3％，其差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）；CyclinE在原发星形细胞瘤中的异常表达有6例，占33‘3％，在复发星形细胞瘤中的异常表达有14例，占77．8％，其差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。同时发现在星形细胞瘤复发前后有CyclinD1与CyclinE的非时相表达。结论CyclinD1与CyclinE的表达水平与星形细胞瘤的恶性程度呈正相关，CyclinD1与CyclinE可以更好地评价星形细胞瘤患者的预后。

Expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E Before and After Astrocytoma Recurrence

Objective To investigate the expression levels of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E before and after astrocyloma recurrence and their effects on its prognosis. Methods The expression levels of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E before and after astrocytoma recurrence were detected by FCM according DNA diploidy. Results Cyclin D1 showed the abnormal expression in 7 cases of primary astrocytoma,with the positive ex- pression rate of 38.9% ,and the positive expression rate was 83.3% in 15 cases of recurrent astrocytoma,with a significant difference （P〈 0.01 ）.Cyclin E showed the abnormal expression in 6 cases of primary astrocytoma,and its positive expression rate was 33.3%,and the positive expression rate was 77.8% in 14 cases of recurrent astrocytoma,with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. No phase expression of Cyelin DI and Cyelin E before and after astrocytoma recurrence was found in recurrent astrocytoma. Conclusion The expression levels of CyclinD1 and Cyclin E are positively related to the malignant degree of astrocytoma, and CyclinD1 and Cyelin E has some significance in astrocytoma prognosis.
