细胞周期素G1与三阴乳腺癌不良预后关系的研究

摘    要:目的 观察细胞周期素G1(cyclin G1)在三阴乳腺癌和非三阴乳腺癌中的差异表达,探讨cyclin G1与三阴乳腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系及其对预后判断的指导意义.方法 收集2003年1月-2008年10月间,沈阳军区总医院的78例女性乳腺癌手术切除组织及患者的相关临床病理资料进行免疫组织化学染色及结果判定.在这78例乳腺癌组织中随机选取22例乳腺癌及其癌旁组织抽提RNA,进行转录水平的分析实验.结果 cyclin G1在乳腺癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织,乳腺癌组织中cyclin G1高表达者总体生存率低于低表达者(P〈0.05),cyclin G1高表达的三阴乳腺癌患者预后最差,乳腺癌中cyclin G1表达相对于总体生存率为独立的预后因子.结论 cyclin G1在乳腺癌中高表达,且其表达水平与乳腺癌的分子分型及临床预后密切相关,是乳腺癌尤其是三阴乳腺癌潜在的预后判断指标.

Abstract:Objective To observe the differential expression of cyclin G1 in triple-negative breast cancer (TN- BC ) and non-TNBC, and to explore the relationship between cyclin G1 with clinical and pathological features and its sig- nificance on prognostic judgment. Methods Tissues after surgical ablation and clinical and pathological data in 78 pa- tients with breast cancer during January 2003 and October 2008 were analyzed after immunohistochemical staining. Tis- sues of breast cancer and adjacent parts in 22 patients were randomly selected to extract RNA, and the levels of transcrip- tion were analyzed. Results Cyclin G1 showed a higher expression in breast cancer tissues compared with that in adja- cent tissues, and the total survival rate in patients with high expression of cyclin G1 was significantly lower compared with that in patients with low expression of cyclin G1 (P 〈 0.05) , and high expression of cyclin G1 in patients with TBNC had the worst prognosis. Cyclin G1 expression was the independent risk factor for prognostic factor in breast cancer. Conclusion Cyclin G1 is highly expressed in breast cancer, and its expression levels in breast cancer is closely related with molecular subtypes and clinical prognosis of breast cancer, which is a potential index in judgement of breast cancer especially for TNBC.
