丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻度认知功能障碍的效果观察

目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻度认知功能障碍的疗效。方法选择2009年11月至2012年12月我院收治的轻度认知功能障碍患者82例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各41例。观察组服用丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐,对照组单独应用盐酸多奈哌齐。两组患者均于治疗前和治疗后12周各进行1次简明精神状态检查表(MMSE)及P300检测,并检测治疗后的不良反应。结果对照组总有效率为75.61%,观察组总有效率为90.24%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后与治疗前相比MMSE的评分显著提高,而观察组较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后与治疗前相比,P300波幅均上升,潜伏期均有所缩短,但观察组变化较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻度认知功能障碍与单用盐酸多奈哌齐相比效果更为显著,能有效改善轻度认知功能障碍患者脑部活动状态以及患者认知能力,且安全性良好。

Efficacy and safety of butylphthalide soft capsules and donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide soft capsules and donepezil hydro chloride on the elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment（MCI）.Methods A total of 82 patients with MC1 were divided into treatment group and control group,control group （n=41）was given donepezil hydrochloride and treatment group（n =41）was given additionally butylphthalide soft capsules.The Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE）and P300 were used for the assessment of cognitive function before and after treatment and the adverse effects were also recorded.Results The total response rate of control group was 75.61％,while the treatment group was 90.24％ The MMSE of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P ＜ 0.05）.The P300 amplitude of patients in two groups had risen and the incubation period had shortened after treatment.Changes in the treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Butyiphthalide soft capsules and donepezil hydrochloride can prominently improve the cognitive function and the activity in the brain of patients with mild cognitive impairment with good security and tolerability,and the effect is better than donepezil hydrochloride.
