糖尿病大鼠阴茎勃起功能的变化及胰岛素的治疗作用

目的:探讨糖尿病对大鼠阴茎勃起功能的影响,胰岛素是否能提高糖尿病大鼠阴茎勃起功能。方法:应用雄性SD大鼠腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素()制造糖尿病动物模型,用胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠进行干预治疗周,再通过观察各组大鼠注STZ8射阿朴吗啡()后的阴茎勃起情况来评价其勃起功能。APO结果:糖尿病组(组)大鼠阴茎勃起率、阴茎勃起次数较对照D组(组)明显降低(CP),用胰岛素治疗组(组)上述指标明显高于组(<0.01DMDIDP),较组低(<0.01CP),阴茎<0.01勃起功能与HbA1呈显著负相关。C结论:糖尿病严重损害阴茎勃起功能,胰岛素治疗可提高糖尿病大鼠阴茎勃起功能。

Changes of erectile function in diabetic rats and the effect of treatment with insulin

Objective: To study the changes of erectile function in diabetic rats and whether the function of penile erection was improved by the treatments of insulin. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotozin (STZ) to make experimental models of diabetes mellitus(DM). Diabetic rats were treated with insulin for 8 weeks, then injected with apomorphine in all of the rats,and penile erections were observed in order to evaluate their erectile function. Results: The penile erectile rates and penile erectile times in the DM rats (D group) were decreased significantly (P<0.01) than the controls (C group). And the above indexes in the diabetic rats treated with insulin(DI group) were significantly higher than those in D group ( P<0.01), but lower than those in C group(P<0.01). Negative correlation was seen between the function of penile erection and HbA1C. Conclusion: The erectile function was seriously impaired in rats with DM, and the function of penile erection in diabetic rats was improved by the treatment of insulin.
