| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)21种基因型在豫西地区女性宫颈病变中的分子流行病学特点。方法对豫西地区因宫颈病变或可疑HPV感染就诊的1540位女性进行HPV基因分型检测,共21种基因型,比较不同基因型的流行病学特点。结果本组资料中总的HPV感染比例为31.8%(489/1540),共检出21种基因亚型,高危型占35.13%,低危型占5.39%,单一感染占23.25%,双重感染或多重感染占8.51%,高危型最常见类型为HPV16、58、31,低危型最常见类型为HPV6、11。不同年龄段HPV感染率,最高为31~40岁组,占45.4%,其次为21~30岁组,占30.6%。结论本研究提供了21种HPV基因型在豫西地区的分子流行病学资料,对该地区疫苗开发、应用具有重要价值,为临床防治宫颈癌提供可靠的科学依据。
