摘    要:消旋β-苯基乳酸钠(PLA-Na)是丹参素(DSS)的衍生物之一。本文报道PLA-Na及DSS在试管内显著抑制小鼠脾细胞增殖,抑制溶血空斑形成。整体给药能明显抑制初次与再次致敏的脾细胞中溶血空斑细胞的形成;对二硝基氯苯所致小鼠皮肤迟发性超敏反应有一定抑制作用。

Abstract:Sodium ± β-phenyl lactate (PLA-Na) is a derivative of danshensu (sodium β-3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl lactate, DSS). The present study was made to determine the effect of PLA-Na on immunological function in mice. It was found that PLA-Na (1-100 μg / ml) significantly inhibited mouse splenocytes proliferation induced by Con A in a dose dependent fashion and also inhibited plaque forming cells in mouse splenocytes in vitro. Furthermore, ip PLA-Na 50-300 mg ?kg-1' ?d-1 x 7 d obviously decreased the number of plaque forming cells in mousesplenocytes either primarily or secondarily immunized by SRBC. In addition, PLA-Na was effective in the treatment of the delayed type hypersensitive reaction of mouse skin stimulated by DNCB. When compared with DSS it was found that PLA-Na was more effective in inhibiting lymphocyte proliferation in vitro. However, the effect of PLA-Na on plaque forming cells was similar to that of DSS.
