| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈部小切口改良甲状腺切除术在甲状腺手术中的可行性及应用价值。方法回顾性分析2000年4月至2009年7月甲状腺切除术312例的临床资料。传统手术组162例,小切口改良手术组150例,将两组术中、术后资料进行对比分析。结果小切口改良手术组在切口长度、手术时间、失血量、住院时间方面均明显少于传统手术组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经颈部小切口甲状腺切除术能够缩短手术时间,减少出血量,术后美容效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of small horizontal incision to remove thyroid gland.Methods 312 cases of thyreoidectomy were reviewed,including 162 cases of traditional surgery and 150 cases of small horizontal incision to remove thyroid gland.Results There was a significant difference between the small incision group and traditional surgery group in length of incision,time of surgery and bleeding quantity.Conclusion Small horizontal incision to remove thyroid gland can shorten the time of surgery and gain cosmetic benefits to patients. |
