乳腺癌高频超声诊断的价值

目的 研究乳腺癌高频超声表现，提高诊断准确性。方法 回顾分析85例病理证实的乳腺癌超声资料。结果 形态不规则、毛刺样改变、高回声晕环、簇状钙化斑、回声衰减、纵横比大于1等是乳腺癌的典型表现。而形态规则、边界清晰、后方回声增强、囊实性、小于10mm及中高回声的乳腺癌超声容易误诊。结论 超声对乳腺癌有较高的诊断价值。

The value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the high-frequency ultrasonography image of breast cancer and improve diagnosis capability.Methods 85 cases of pathology confirmed breast cancer were retrospectively reviewed.Results The typical hyper-frequency ultrasonography image of breast cancer were as follows:irregular morphology,burrs margin,hyper halo echo,cluster micro-calcification,echo attenuation and aspect ratio>1,while those with regular morphology,clear border,posterior echo enhanced,solid-cystic content,size<10mm and medium to hyper echoic were easy to misdiagnose.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is an ideal imaging method for breast cancer.
