| 摘 要： | 目的研究探讨血浆心钠素(ANF)含量与充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的相关性.方法测定40例正常人血浆ANF含量以及58例CHF患者的血浆ANF含量和射学分数(EF),同时对EF正常的CHF患者测定左室舒张功能.结果表明大部分CHF患者血浆ANF含量显著高于正常人(P＜0.01).CHF经治疗后心功能明显改善的患者中,绝大部分患者血浆ANF下降,只有少部分血浆ANF反而升高.结论CHF患者中EF正常的血浆ANF含量明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).本文结果显示,血浆ANF含量可反映CHF严重程度、是用来评价CHF治疗效果的一个指标.

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the correlation between plasma ANF and chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: Measurement was performed of plasma ANF content in 40 normal persons of plasma ANF and ejection fraction (EF) in 58 CHF patients, and of left ventricular diastolic function in CHF patients with normal EF. Results: Plasma ANF content was significantly higher in most of CHF patients then in normal persons (P<0.01); It showed a decrease after post-treatment improvement of cardiac function except that only a small part of CHF patients had an increase of plasma ANF following cardiac improvement and revealed a positive correlation with EF in CHF patients. Conclusion: Plasma ANF content can be used as an indicator for assessing CHF, therapeutic effectiveness, and diastolic dysfunction. |
