| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自发性脑出血的临床分级对外科治疗的选择及预后的关系。方法 :对260例自发性脑出血治疗的分析 ,提出新的临床分级方案。结果 :按ADL分级评定 ,手术组显效率65.4 % ,总有效率94.7 % ,非手术组分别为42.7 %和76.5 %。结论 :临床分级评定对自发性脑出血手术时机选择和对康复预后有重要意义

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relation between clinical classification and treatment for spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients.Methods:The treatment and the follow up study of 260 cases of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed and found a new clinical classification.Results:The results were assessed on ADL grad,The markedly effective rate(65.4%)and total effective rate(94.7%)in operating group were higher than those(42.7%)and (76.5%)respectively in control group.Conclusion :The clinical classification not only have guidiug significance in treatment of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage,but also have important significance for the assessment of prognosis and recovery. |
