摘    要:目的探讨西地那非对高原人体运动一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)的影响。方法在海拔3700m选择10名已习服半年的男性士兵,在海拔5380m选择10名已习服2个月的男性士兵,均采用服药前(对照组)后(实验组)的自身对比运动负荷双盲实验。运动结束检测血中NO及NOS的含量。结果海拔3700m和5380m负荷运动,实验组较对照组NO和NOS增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)结论西地那非可明显改善高原机体运动抗氧化能力,对细胞功能恢复、内环境的稳定有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of sildenafil on NO and NO synthetase (NOS) after physical exercise at high altitude. Methods Ten male youths who had been staying at an altitude of 3,700 m for half a year and ten male youths who had been staying at an altitude of 5,380 m for two months were chosen. They were asked to take load exercise before (control group) and after (experiment group) taking sildenafil. NO and NOS were tested after their exercise. Results NO and NOS were higher after taking the drug than before taking it, and there was a significant difference between them (P<0.01). Conclusion Sildenafil can reinforce the ability of anti-oxidation and have an important effect on the recovery of cellular function and inner environmental tranquilization.
