输尿管镜结合电切镜治疗男性尿道狭窄(附68例报告)

目的 探讨输尿管镜结合电切镜治疗尿道狭窄的临床疗效.方法 回顾研究各种原因引起的尿道狭窄患者68例,行输尿管经直视下切开或结合电切镜切除瘢痕组织.结果 本组一次性手术治愈49例,占72%,其中27例单用输尿管镜直视下扩张或内切开术,22例结合电切镜切除瘢痕组织.余19例中13例需重复内镜治疗,5例行狭窄段切除尿道端端吻合术,1例行尿道成形术.结论 输尿管镜结合电切镜治疗尿道狭窄具有损伤小,并发症少,成功率高等优点,应作为尿道狭窄的首选治疗.

Endoscopic treatment of male urethral stricture (a report of 68 cases)

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment of male urthral stricruer.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 68 cases,whose urithral strictures were treated by combination of ureteroscopic incision and resectoscopic eliminating of the scar tissue.Results One stage successful rate was 72%(49/68),including internal incision and dilatation by uretheroscopy in 27 cases and internal incision plus resectoscopic eliminating of the scar tissue in 22 cases.Of remaining 19 cases,repeat endoscopic treatment was done in 13 cases,removing stricture and end-to-end reanastomosis was done in 5 case,and urethroplasty in 1 case.Conclusion Combination of ureteroscopic and resectoscopic treatment for male urethral stricture has the advantages of less trauma,lower complication rate and high cost-effective,and should be recommended as the first choice for male uaethral strictures.
