| 摘 要： | 自１９９０年６月￣１９９３年７月，对５例小儿肾脏透明细胞肉瘤进行了光镜及电镜观察。结果表明，发生于婴儿及儿童的ＣＣＳＫ是一种在光镜，电镜下形态不同于Ｗｉｌｍｓ‘瘤的恶性肿瘤，对其形态结构特点进行了讨论，并强调其鉴别诊断作用。

| Abstract: | From June 1990 to July 1993, 5 cases of clear cell sarcoma(CCSK) were observed with electron microscope. The results indicate that CCSK in infants and children is a maligant childhood tumor distinguished from Wilms' tumor by its ultrastructural morphologic features. Its morphologic characteristics is discussed with an emphsis on its differential diagnostic usefulness. |
