小儿脑损伤综合症及脑瘫早期康复训练的效果评价

摘    要:目的 评价早期正规康复训练对小儿脑损伤综合症及脑瘫的意义.方法 将0~2岁脑损伤综合症及脑瘫患儿180例随机分为A、B两组,两组中0~6个月的患儿分别归为A1、B1组,6个月~2岁患儿分别归为A2、B2组,A组在医院接受早期正规强化康复训练,B组经指导后进行家庭康复护理,治疗半年后根据盖塞尔发育量表,对两组进行发育商(DQ)评定.结果 A组发育商高于B组(P<0.01),A1组高于A2组(P<0.05).结论 早期进行正规康复训练对治疗早期脑瘫疗效显著.

Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of early rehabilitation training for children with brain damage syndrome and cerebral palsy executed in hospital and in family.Methods 180 cases of children of 0~2 years old with brain damage syndrome and cerebral palsy were divided into group A and group B randomly.The children of 0~6months old were in group A1 and B1,while the children of 6 months ~2 years old were in group A2 and B2,correspondingly.Children in group A accepted early canonical intensive rehabilitation training in hospital,and children in group B received family rehabilitation training under the guidance of medical staff.Development quotient(DQ) were assessed with Gesell Developmental Schedules half a year after.Results The DQ of group A showed higher than that of group B(P<0.01),and the DQ of group A1 was higher than that of group A2(P<0.05).Conclusion This study provides support that early rehabilitation training in hospital is more effective than in family for children with brain damage syndrome and cerebral palsy.
