衢州市2007年布鲁氏菌病监测报告分析

目的掌握衢州市布鲁氏菌病（简称布病）疫情动态，为预防布病流行趋势、制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据浙江省布病监测工作统一布署和要求，血清学结果和病例判定参照《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准和处理原则》（GB15988-1995）。结果2007年衢州市畜间布痔共监测奶牛1071头，阳性26头，阳性率为2．43％（26／1071）；共监测重点人群血清304份，发现1例布病血清阳性，阳性率为0.33％（1／304）。结论衢州市人间布病的威胁仍然存在，今后应该采取综合防治措施，以控制人间布病。

Surveillance Report on Brucellosis in 2007 in Quzhou Municipality

OBJECTIVE The present investigation was made to get an insight into the epidemic dynamics of human brucellosis in Quzhou Municipality to provide scientific basis for the prediction of the epidemic trend of Brucellosis and establishment of strategies for its pre- vention and control. METHODS Surveillance was made following the requirements in the Surveillance of Brucellosis in Zhejiang. ＂Diag- nostic Standard and Management Principle of Brucellosis（GB15988--1995）＂ was used as reference for serologic reaults and case evalu- ations. RESULTS 1 071 cattles in Quzhou Municipality were detected serologieally in 2007, there were 26 positive subjects, and the positive rate was 2.43% （26/1 071）. And 304 subjects were detected serologically in 2007, there were 1 positive subject, and the positive rate was 0.33% （1/304） of human brucellosis. CONCLUSION There still exists a threat of brucellosis in Quzhou Municipality. Com- prehensive preventive and therapeutic measures should be taken to control Human Brucellosis.
