中药治疗骨关节炎的处方用药研究

目的：归纳分析中药治疗骨关节炎处方的用药特点。方法：检索1989~2006年间各类医学期刊,获取治疗骨关节炎的方剂;统计方剂不同功效类别药物的使用频数;比较内服方剂和外用方剂用药的差异。结果：共有494首方剂纳入研究。215个内服方剂中,补益药30味1074次、祛风寒湿药31味908次、活血化瘀药22味727次;279个外用方剂中,祛风寒湿药28味1425次、活血化瘀药22味850次、补益药13味236次。内服、外用方剂中的补益、祛风寒湿、活血化瘀类药物以及常用药物,在使用上存在着不同。结论：治疗骨关节炎的方剂以补益、祛风寒湿、活血化瘀类别药物为主要组成药物;内服方剂多使用补益、祛风寒湿类药物,而外用方剂则多使用祛风寒湿、活血化瘀类药物。

Study on the Properties of Chinese Formulae in Treatment of Osteoarthritis

Objective：To summarize and analyze the properties of Chinese formulae in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods：We retrieved medical periodicals from 1989 to 2006 and collected all the Chinese formulae in treating osteoarthritis. According to different efficacies, we calculated the frequencies of different kinds of herbs and compared the principles in internal and external application of the herbal medicine. Results：A total of 494 formulae were covered in this study. Within the 215 internal formulae, there were 30 herbs of tonic drug which were used 1074 times, 31 herbs of wind--dampness dispelling and cold dispersing drug used 908 times, and 22 herbs of blood--activating and stasis--resolving drug used 727 times. While among the 279 external formulae, there were 28 herbs of wind--dampness dispelling and cold dispersing drug which were used 1425 times, 22 herbs of blood--activating and stasis--resolving drug used 850 times, and 13 herbs of tonic drug used 236 times. The above three main kinds of herbs and other frequently used herbs were differently applied in internal and external formulae. Conclusion： The formulae for osteoarthritis mainly comprise three kinds of Chinese herbs, namely the tonic drug, the wind--dampness dispelling and cold dispersing drug and the blood--activating and stasis--resolving medicine. The internal formulae are largely composed of the tonic drug and the wind--dampness dispelling and cold dispersing drug, while the external formulae mostly consist of the wind--dampness dispelling and cold dispersing drug and the blood--activating and stasis--resolving medicine.
