| 摘 要： | 评价结肠J型袋对直肠癌患者术后生活质量的影响。140例低位直肠癌患者行结肠J型袋结肛吻合术,观察术后3、6和12个月的控便功能。140例患者术后3、6和12个月按照徐忠法标准排便功能评分优良率分别为84%、90%和94%。初步研究结果提示,结肠J型袋可明显改善直肠癌患者术后排便功能,提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to assess the the life quality of patients with rectal cancer underwent colonic J-pouch coloanal anastomosis. The colonic J-pouch coloanal anastomosis was performed in 140 patients with rectal cancer and the function of bowel defecation in them were observed for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after the operation. According to Xu Zhongfa evaluation criteria, the bowel defecation condition of the 140 patients was improved by 84%, 90% and 94% in 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after operation, respectively. Patients underwent colonic J-pouch coloanal anastomosis may expect an improved life quality because the appliction of colonic J-pouch leads to improve the function of bowel defecation. |
