| 摘 要： | 目的探讨暂时性双腔造口患者的护理要点。方法对70例暂时性双腔造口患者进行针对性护理,包括心理护理、术前定位、术后造口护理及饮食指导。结果70例暂时性双腔造口患者中55例皆在出院前掌握自我护理技能,15例患者出院后逐渐掌握自我护理技能。出院后70例患者出现皮肤并发症15例,造口黏膜出血8例,造口疝2例,造口脱垂1例。结论出院前使患者掌握自我护理能力,树立自我照顾的观念是非常重要的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing methods of patients underwent double-cavity stoma temporally.Methods Nursing measures were conducted to 70 patients with double-cavity stoma temporally,which included psychological nursing,preoperative localization,postoperative stoma nursing and diet nursing.Results 55 cases of patients mastered self-care skill before discharge,15cases of them master the skill gradually after discharge.Skin complications appeared in 15cases,mucosa hemorrhage in 8cases,stoma hernia in 2 cases and stoma prolapse in 1case after didscharge.Conclusions It is important to let patients master self-care skill and strengthen self-care concept before discharge.. |
