泪囊鼻腔吻合术术后复发经鼻内窥镜下手术治疗

目的 观察慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔吻合术术后复发经鼻内窥镜下手术治疗的疗效,探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术术后复发的有效治疗方法.方法 对13例(14眼)慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔吻合术术后复发的患者应用经鼻内窥镜下再次手术治疗,术后随访6个月～ 2年,复查时行泪道冲洗及鼻内镜检查.结果 9例10眼治愈,占71.4%;2例2眼有效,占14.3%;2例2眼无效.总有效率85.7%.结论 经鼻内窥镜下手术治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术术后复发,手术简便,成功率高,不再次造成面部瘢痕,是一种有效的手术方法.

Endoscopic Nasal Surgery for Recurrent Epiphora after Dacryocystorhinostomy

Objective To observe the efficacy of endoscopic nasal surgery in treatment of recurrent epiphora after dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods Fourteen eyes of 13 patients with epiphora recurring after dacryocystorhinostomy were treated again by endoscopic nasal surgery.The patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,and reviewed by lacrimal duct irrigation and nasal endoscopy.Results Ten eyes of 9 patients（71.4%） were healed without symptoms of epiphora.Two cases（14.3%） obtained effective treatment,and the phenomenon of epiphora and pus overflow was less than preoperatively and the lacrimal duct irrigation was basically unobstructed.Conclusion Endoscopic endonasal approach can not cause facial scarring again,and is a simple and reliable method for the treatment of recurrent epiphora after dacryocystorhinostomy with high success rate.
