| 摘 要： | 目的通过Meta分析评价术后辅助化疗在胰腺癌治疗中的价值。方法按入选标准,检索CBMDisc、CNKI和PubMed数据库收集有关胰腺癌根治性术合并术后辅助化疗与单纯根治性手术的随机临床对照研究的文献。运用Review Manager 4.2软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共6篇文献入选,累计病例共1 069例。与单纯手术组相比,胰腺癌术后合并术后辅助化疗患者5 a生存率优势比OR=1.55,P=0.15,95%置信区间为0.85~2.83。结论根据目前资料,胰腺癌术后辅助化疗,未能改善5 a生存率。
