妊娠晚期NST无反应型孕妇胎盘功能与胎儿窘迫的相关性研究

目的探讨妊娠晚期NST无反应型孕妇胎盘功能与胎儿窘迫的相关性。方法选择孕34周后因NST无反应入院孕妇100例,当日复查NST转为反应型为A组25例;对仍无反应者行OCT试验,阴性者为B组20例;阳性者为C组55例。并设同期NST有反应者50例为对照D组。四组孕妇均测血-βHCG、E3并行B超及羊膜镜检查。分析各组胎心监护、-βHCG、E3与胎儿窘迫的相关性。结果 C组孕妇-βHCG值较其他各组升高、E3值降低,胎儿窘迫发生率明显升高,差异有统计学意义。结论对于孕晚期NST无反应者应慎重处理,密切监测胎盘功能,判断胎儿宫内状况,提高产科质量,降低剖宫产率。

Correlation of fetal distress and placental function in third trimester women with non reaction pattern in NST

Objective To investigate the correlation of fetal distress and placental function in the third trimester women with non reaction pattern in NST.Methods 100 women inpatient with non reaction pattern in NST after pregnancy 34 weeks were selected.It was group A（25cases） that NST react after test again;negative OCT was group B（20 cases）;positive OCT was group C（55cases）;reacting NST（50cases） was group D,in the same time.All patients were checked β-HCG,E3,B ultrasound and amnioscope.We analysed the relation in fetal distress and NST,β-HCG,E3.Results β-HCG in group C was higher than others and E3 was lower then that others（P〈0.05）.The rate of fetal distress in C was higher than others（P〈0.05）.Conclusion We must take our tension to manage the non reacting cases in the third trimester and detect placental faction then decide fetus condition so that improve obstetric quality and reduce Cesarean section rate.
