大承气冲剂对特发性便秘和糖尿病患者口-盲传输时间的影响

目的:观察大承气冲剂对特发性便秘和糖尿病胃肠运动功能障碍( 便秘) 口盲传输时间(orocecaltransittime,OCTT)的影响。方法:测试正常对照组、特发性便秘组、糖尿病胃肠运动功能障碍(便秘) 组服大承气冲剂前后OCTT的变化,并记录服药后的症状改变。结果:正常人的OCTT与年龄相关;糖尿病患者的OCTT与病史的长短及并发症的多少相关;特发性便秘及糖尿病患者的OCTT明显延长,大承气冲剂可以缩短两组患者的OCTT与大便间隔时间。结论:大承气冲剂可以促进特发性便秘及糖尿病患者小肠运动,改善患者的便秘症状

Effect of Da Cheng Qi Decoction on Orocecal Transit Time in Patients with Idiopathic Constipation and Diabetes Mellitus

To study the effect of Da Cheng Qi decoction on orocecal transit time(OCTT)in patients with idiopathic constipation and cases of diabetes mellitus with gastrointestinal motor abnormality.Methods:To test the OCTT before and after ingesting Da Cheng Qi decoction in healthy persons and patients with idiopathic constipation and diabetes mellitus,and to record the changes of symptoms after ingesting Da Cheng Qi decoction.Results:The OCTT in the controls had a positive correlation to age,while in diabetes the OCTT had a positive correlation to disease duration and the frequency of complication.The OCTT was prolonged apparently in idiopathic constipation and diabetes mellitus,and both OCTT and the interval between bowel movments were shortened in the two groups.Conclusion:Lactulose hydrogen breath test as simple and valid means may be used in the examination of clinical small intestinal motility.OCTT has a positive correlation to age in normals.In diabetes mellitus OCTT is related to disease duration and frequency of complications.Da Cheng Qi decoction could activate the movements of the small intestine and improve the symptoms of constipation.
