微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨微创颅内血肿清除术对高血压脑出血疗效及预后的影响。方法选取符合诊断标准的住院病人120例随机分为微创组和传统组,每组60例,微创组采用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿碎吸针进行颅内血肿清除术,传统组进行常规开颅手术清除血肿。对两组临床疗效、术后日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)和神经功能缺损评分进行比较。结果微创组总有效率(85.0%)优于传统组(65.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.40,P〈0.05)。治疗后2周和4周,微创组患者Barthel指数评分高于传统组,神经功能缺损评分低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血能提高临床治疗效果,促进神经功能恢复,提高患者日常生活能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on intracranial hematoma microscopic wound dissection in treating hyperpiesia cerebral hemorrhange. Methods Totally 120 inpatients with hyperpiesia cerebral hemorrhange were randomly divided into microscopic wound dissection group (n = 60) and traditional group (n = 60). Microscopic wound dissec- tion group was treated with YL-1 intracranial hematoma microscopic wound dissection, while traditional group was treated with craniotomy. The clinical efficacy, barthel index, and defection score of nerves function were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of microscopic wound dissection group was better than that in traditional group, there was significant difference between the two group(χ^2=6.40, P〈0.05). After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, barthel index of microscopic wound dissection group was higher than that in traditional group, while defection score of nerves function was lower than that in traditional group; there was significant difference between the two group(P〈 0.05). Conclusions Using intracranial hematoma microscopic wound dissection can improve clinical efficacy and nerves funcfion, and enhance patient's daily living ability.
