左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性下呼吸道感染临床评价

目的比较左氧氟沙星(可乐必妥)和头孢曲松治疗社区获得性下呼吸道感染的安全性及有效性. 方法采用随机对照、开放平行多中心试验方法;选择社区获得性下呼吸道感染病例110例,随机进入试验组或对照组;试验组给予左氧氟沙星注射液300 mg,静脉滴注,1～2次,疗程7～14 d;对照组给予头孢曲松(罗氏芬)2 g, 静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程7～14 d. 结果左氧氟沙星组和头孢曲松组痊愈率分别为64.8%和66.7%,有效率分别为89.1%和85.5%,两组痊愈率、有效率差异均无显著性(均P>0.05);左氧氟沙星细菌清除率和阴转率分别为90.6%、90.6%,头孢曲公清除率和阴转率分别为90.3%、87.1%,两药比较差异无显著性;左氧氟沙星和头孢曲松不良反应率分别为5.4%、3.6%,两组差异无显著性. 结论左氧氟沙星抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强,是治疗社区获得性下呼吸道感染安全有效的抗菌药物.

Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Community-acquired Lower Respiratory Tract Bacterial Infections: A Randomized Controlled Multicenter Clinical Trial

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of levofloxacin (LVLX) in comparison with ceftriaxone in the treatment of community acquired lower respiratory tract bacterial infections. METHODS A total of 110 cases with community acquired respiratory tract bacterial infections were studied. A randomized controlled multicenter clinical trial was conducted. 0.3 0.6 g Levofloxacin or 2.0 g ceftriaxone as control were given by intravenous drip once a day for 7 to 14 days. RESULTS The clinical efficacy rate of levofloxacin and ceftriaxone was 89.1% and 85.5%, respectively. The cure rate of levofloxacin and ceftriaxone was 64.8% and 66.7%, respectively, bacterial clearance rate was 90.6% and 90.3%, respecively. Adverse effects occurred in 5.4% patients receiving LVLX, while 3.6% of control group. There was no statistical difference between two groups. CONCLUSIONS Levofloxacin is a sort of drug with both effectiveness and safety on the treatment of the community acquired lower respiratory tract bacterial infections, efficacy and tolerability are equivalent to the ceftriaxone.
