胎膜早破孕妇血浆脂质过氧化物和抗氧化物酶活性分析

摘    要:为了探讨胎膜早破时体内脂质过氧化和抗氧化反应的改变,作者对50例病因不明的孕晚期胎膜早破孕妇和116例正常孕妇血及其脐静脉血丙二醛(MDA)含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、硒谷恍甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSH-Px)活性进行了测定。结果表明:胎膜早破组孕妇血及其脐静脉血血浆MDA含量(分别为3.3±0.6及2.8±0.8μmol/L)明显高于正常对照组(分别为2.8±0.5及2.3±0.5μmol/L),P<0.01,其红细胞SOD(1326±420U/g.Hb)、SeGSH-Px(309±49U/g·Hb)活性比正常组(分别为1475±399U/g·Hb,333±57U/g·Hb)明显降低(P<0.01);比较孕妇血与脐血血浆MDA含量及红细胞SOD、SeGSH-Px活性,表明:两组孕妇血浆MDA含量,红细胞SeGSH-Px活性均明显高于脐血,而红细胞SOD活性明显低于脐血(P<0.01)。两组孕妇血与其脐静脉血浆中MDA含量呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。提示胎膜早破孕妇体内活性氧生成增多,脂质过氧化作用加强,可能是胎膜早破的诱因之一。

Abstract:o investigate the condition of lipid peroxidationand antioxidation in premature rupture of membrane(PROM) , we selected 50 women with PROM, with-out significant inducing factors, as study group, and116 healthy and uneventful gestational age pregnantwomen as controls. Blood samples were collected fromthe maternal and umbilical cord vein. The concentra-tion of plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activi-ty of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), seleni-um glutathione peroxidase (SeGSH-Px) were deter-mined. The results showed that the plasma concentra-tions of MDA in the maternal and umbilical cord veinwere significantly higher in the PROM group than inthe control group (P<0.01), and the activity of ery-throcyte SOD and SeGSH-Px were significantly lowerin the PROM group than in the control group (P<0. 01 ). The levels in plasma of MDA and SeGSH-Px inerythrocyte were significantly higher in the maternalblood than in the umbilical cord blood , but the SOD ac-tivity was significantly lower. A posrtive correlation ofMDA concentration in plasma was found both in thematernal and umbilical cord veins (P<0. 01). It issuggested that hpid peroxidation improved may be oneof the factors of PROM induced , and one of the factorsof other related diseases induced by PROM.
