静脉造影分析下肢静脉曲张的术后复发原因

为探讨下肢静脉曲线术后复发的原因及静脉造影的临床意义，作者分析了１８０例下肢静脉曲线术扣复发病例的静脉造影表现。引起静脉曲张的病因以深静脉瓣膜关闭功能不全最多，其次为静脉血栓形成后遗症。分析造成静脉曲张术后复发的原因有：（１）术前未明确病因面盲目施行单纯的浅静脉手术；（２）手术中大隐静脉结扎、剥脱不彻底，遗漏同时存在的曲张小隐静脉或交通支结扎不完全。

Causes of postoperative recurrent varicose veins of low-er extremities

e analysed venograms of recurrent varicose veinsin 180 cases (206 lower limbs). Deep vein valvular in-sufficiency resulted in varicose veins in 52. 9% cases,and post-thrombotic syndrome in 18. 9 %. The causes ofpostoperative recurrent varicose veins varied; blindlyperformed single superficial veins operation , low ligationof the long saphenous trunk, incomplete stripping ofvaricose veins, missing of the short varicose saphena orincomplete ligation of the perforating veins and failure ofdeep vein valvular repairs. Venography is of value inmaking correct diagnosis and choosing appropriate oper-atlons.
