支原体检测阳性率及耐药分析

目的比较临床标本中泌尿生殖道支原体对各种抗生素的耐药情况,指导临床治疗支原体感染。方法采用支原体分离/鉴定/计数/药敏试剂盒方法测定了临床标本中452例患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染阳性情况及对9种抗生素的耐药性。结果452例患者中解脲脲原体及人型支原体的阳性率分别为36.94%和5.53%,对多西霉素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素及原始霉素比较敏感,敏感率分别为85%、84%、79%和91%,而对喹诺酮类抗生素环丙沙星及氧氟沙星则表现为较高的耐药性,耐药率分别高达82%及54%。结论临床标本中生殖道支原体的感染率较高,进行耐药性监测十分必要,为临床治疗支原体感染提供依据。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF MYCOPLASMA INFECTION RATE AND ITS DRUG RESISTANCE SITUATION

Objective To study the prevalence and drug resistance of Mycoplasma in Yue - Yang area and provide basic data for rational therapy. Methods The specimens were tested by the bio Merieux IST2 kit, the result of positive rate and drug resistance were analyzed respectively. Results A total of 452 patients were tested, and the positive rate of Uu and Mh was 36. 94% and 5.53% respectively, the positive strains were relatively sensitive to Tetracycline and Macrolides, highly resistant to Quinollones. Conclusion There were a high positive rate of Mycoplasma infection in the clinics, it is therefore essential to monitor drug resistance and the treatment of Mycoplasma infection should be chosen according the result of drug sensitivity test.
