再次羊膜移植治疗化学性和热烧伤后角膜穿孔

目的 探讨首次羊膜移植失败后的再次移植治疗化学性和热烧伤后角膜穿孔的疗效。方法 采用新鲜单层或多层羊膜再次移植术治疗化学性和热烧伤后首次羊膜移植片脱落或融解并角膜穿孔的病例8例(9眼)。术后随访6～18月。结果 9眼中有8眼治愈。术后4～5周角膜上皮愈合，视力均有不同程度的提高，穿孔处留下角膜白斑。1眼再行角膜移植术后因青光眼、角膜葡萄肿而失败。结论 首次羊膜移植治疗失败后的化学性和热烧伤角膜穿孔患眼，再次行羊膜移植术是有效的。

Amniotic membrane retransplantation for corneal perforation after chemical or thermal burn

Objective For cases of corneal perforation after chemical or thermal burn and the first amniotic membrane transplantation was failure,to study the curative effect of retransplantation.Methods 8 cases (9 eyes) of corneal perforation after chemical and thermal burn,after the first amniotic membrane transplantation,the amniotic membrane transplanted sections were exfoliation or solution and corneal perforation,we had used the fresh single or multiple human amniotic membrane to retransplant.After operations,all cases were followed up 6-18 months.Results 8 eyes of eye recovered after 4-5 weeks.The vision were improved.The spots of perforations remained corneal leukoplakias.Because of glaucoma and corneal staphyloma,one eye's amniotic membrane retransplantation was failure.Conclusion To treat the corneal perforation after chemical or thermal burn,after the first amniotic membrane transplantation was failure,the retransplantation was a effective treatment.
