| 摘 要： | 目的研究复方甘草酸苷片联合三氯生治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将寻常型痤疮患者纳入研究，随机分为给予复方甘草酸苷片联合三氯生治疗的观察组和单独给予三氯生治疗的对照组，治疗后评价疗效。结果观察组治愈18例、显效12例、好转5例、无效1例，总有效率83.33%，疗效优于对照组。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合三氯生治疗能够改善治疗效果，对于寻常型痤疮的治疗具有积极临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with three triclosan in treating 72 cases of acne vulgaris, Methods Patients with acne vulgaris were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with three triclosan and control group given three triclosan. Then Clinical curative effect were evaluated after treatment. Results 18 cases were cure, 12 cases were excellence, 5 cases were improvement and 1 case was uselessness; the total efficiency83.33% were better than control group, Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with three triclosan treatment has positive clinical value for the treatment of acne vulgaris as it can improve curative effect. |
