美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效性

目的本文主要是探讨口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合锡类散保留灌肠共同治疗溃疡性结肠炎。方法选取我院从2011年3月至2012年3月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者共110例。随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，其中观察组患者采用口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合锡类散保留灌肠的治疗方法；对照组患者采用常规的口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者的治疗有效率，两组患者对比有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。另外，观察组患者的临床缓解患者明显要多于对照组患者，两者有统计学上差异（P＜0.01）。观察组患者的临床症状消失的时间均明显要短于对照组患者，两组患者在腹痛消失时间、腹泻消失时间以及便血消失时间均有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎，能有效提高病变部位的药物浓度，能取得较为满意的临床效果。

The Clinical Efficacy for Enteric-coated Tablets Oral Mesalazine Joint Xileisan Retention Enema in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To investigate the oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets joint Xileisan retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Method 110 cases of ulcerative colitis patients admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were chosen. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, the observation group was treated with oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets joint Xileisan retention enema treatments, and the control group was treated with conventional oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets. Results The treatment efifcacy rate of patients of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Compared between the two groups of patients, there was a significant difference （P〈0.01）. The clinical remission in the observation group was signiifcantly more than the control group, both were with statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.01）. The time of clinical symptoms disappeared in the observation group was signiifcantly shorter than the control group patients, and the time of patients with abdominal pain, diarrhea disappeared and blood in the stool disappear time for the two groups were with ifcant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets joint tin scattered retention enema can effectively improve the drug concentration of the lesion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and it can achieve a satisfactory clinical results.
