小剂量多巴胺治疗新生儿硬肿症的临床疗效观察

目的观察小剂量多巴胺治疗新生儿硬肿症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例诊断为新生儿硬肿症患儿分成治疗组与对照组，两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用多巴胺，按2μg/（kg？min）静滴，每日1次，用输液泵控制输液速度，直至硬肿消失。结果治疗组用小剂量多巴胺干预后，其有效率，复温时间，硬肿消退时间及住院时间较对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论小剂量多巴胺治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Small Dose of Dopamine in the Treatment of Neonatal Hard Swollen Disorder
