低剂量PEG联合西甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备中的价值

目的探讨低剂量PEG联合西甲硅油在胶囊内镜检查术前肠道准备中的应用价值。方法81例患者分成口服1L复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合200mg西甲硅油组（A组，n=41）和2L复方聚乙二醇电解质散组（B组，n=40），比较两组病变检出情况、肠道准备评分结果及患者视觉模拟评分法（visual analog scale，VAS）评估患者疼痛不适程度。结果 A组病变检出率为75.6%（31/41），B组为72.5%（29/40），差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.099，P＞0.05）；A组肠道准备评分≤4分21例、5分7例、≥6分13例，B组≤4分13例、5分9例、≥6分18例，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.653，P＜0.05）；VAS评分A组感觉舒适及轻度不适的比例73.1%（30/41），B组感觉舒适及轻度不适的比例47.5%（19/40），差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.963，P＜0.01）。结论1L复方聚乙二醇联合西甲硅油应用于胶囊内镜检查术前肠道准备具有较好的应用价值。

Simethicone Combined with Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte in the Bowel Preparation before Capsule Endoscopy

Objective To evaluate Simethicone and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte in bowel preparation before capsule endoscopy.Methods A total of 81 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A（n=41） received simethicone combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte 1L, and group B（n=40）received compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte 2L.Positive detection rate, intestinal preparation score, visual analog scale（VAS） were compared between those two groups.Results The positive detection rates of capsule endoscopy were75.6%（31/41）in group A and 72.5%（29/40）in group B, which were nonsigniifcantly different（χ2=0.099, P〉0.05）.The intestinal preparation scores of 19 patients in group A were≤4 and those of 22 patients were≥6,while those of 28 patients in group B were≤4 and of 12 patients were≥6, which were signiifcantly different（χ2=4.653, P〈0.05）;VAS score in group A comfortable and mild discomfort ratio 73.1%（30/41）, B group feels comfortable and mild discomfort ratio of 47.5%（19/40）, the difference was statistically signiifcant （χ2=3.963, P〈0.01）.Conclusion Simethicone combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte 1L is applicable for the bowel preparation before capsule endoscopy.
